Jean Ashley, known behind the decks as DJ Jean Ashley, is a Chicago-based DJ with a deep-rooted musical foundation and a love for movement, mood and rhythm. With over 8 years of violin training, and experience playing instruments from the ukulele to the piano, Jean’s sets are shaped by a lifelong relationship with music. As a former aux boss, she brings an intuitive sense of ambiance to every event-blending genres, tempos and emotions seamlessly. Whether it’s through dance, melody or atmosphere, Jean curates soundscapes that invite people to feel, move and connect.
